Greetings, I am trying to upload a document using hyland services API in Test. The code works in production onbase 7.2SP1. We are in the process of upgrading to OnBase 11 SP1 . I am getting the error below. I have installed the onbase client along with the Hyland services API on the Windows server 2008 Std 64-bit server. Has anyone encounterd this? Anys Ideas?

Found it! If you ever get this message it's because the Workflow License is not assigned to the Web Server. This must be new to 11.0 as we are still in 7.2 and don't require a workflow license on our API server.
