Error launching Unity Script Editor

We are receiving the error below when trying to launch Unity Script Editor from one particular machine. It runs successfully on other machines.

We have checked the DEP and UAC settings on the machine in question.

OnBase 12.0.1.578 SP1
Win 7 64 bit workstation
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Config.
Reset APP Server
Error still persists

Any ideas would be great!!

This exception error is most likely caused by an error in the .NET framework 4.5.  There are two ways for the OnBase Configuration module to successfully open the Unity script editor. 

1)  Since this issue is fixed in 12.0.1.580TC, upgrade the OnBase Configuration executable (ObConfig.exe) to version 12.0.1.580TC or higher.

2)  Log into a Windows machine that has the .NET framework 4.0 installed, and launch OnBase Configuration (version 12.0.1.578TC).

Hi, i'm on OnBase 11.0.1.588 SP1 and I have the same issue.

On my server everything is fine but not on my machine

Win 7 64 bit too

Somebody have an idea ?

Forget it, I have Framework 4.5 and it's impossible to install 4.0 after that. 

I'll continue to script on the server with 3.5
