EMAILING MULTIPLE ATTACHMENTS FROM WORKFLOW

Hi I need a little help. I need to attach multiple documents to a single external email notification and I need it to be done as a workflow task.

You can use the Workflow Send Notification Action, specifying Related Documents as the Attachment, as in this OnBase Studio screenshot:

 

 You specify the Related Documents to include the set of documents that you wish to attach. For example:

(If you are using a Unity Lifecycle then you'll specify the Related Documents via a Portfolio Type or Portfolio Relation, but the principle is the same.)
