We have a user that is attempting to email a document from the Unity Client, when the user does this the client the process times out. When in the Thick Client the process works and creates the email. We have discovered that within the Unity Client the file created is substancially larger than in the Thick Client. The document contains standard text content as well as color photos. In researching we discovered that the Unity Client is creating the file in color where the Thick Client is creating the file in black and white. Is there a place within the Unity Client to configure how files/attachments are exported?
