Is there a way to configure Onbase from Citrix to integrate with Outlook on a desktop?

This is usually caused by the user not configuring an Outlook profile on the Citrix box they were routed to. Are they running the OnBase thick client on Citrix and then trying to send a doc via email or are they using Outlook on Citrix? At what point exactly are they getting this error?

Our environment will not support this function at this time. I tried to setup the Outlook profile on the Citrix box but this is unsupported. Thanks for your response Karen.
