Doc Type missing

I created a new document type. It was showing up under document retrieval but not indexing. Now I can't see the document type in Unity or Config. Apparently the client can still see it in Unity under document retrieval. Any ideas?

Check the permissions of the DocType.  Login as Admin or Manager to see if the DocType exists for that user account.  If so, adjust the DocType User Group permissions while logged in as elevated account so the group containing you or other groups can see.
