I have searched Community and read through the System Administration module reference guide. I have heard of the complexity of complications that Override Privileges may cause an OnBase system, that Override Privileges should be used sparingly.
I was wondering if there was a Do's (recommendations) and Don'ts (not recommended) of Override Privileges with Doc Type Permission Overrides - set as Least Restrictive.
What has been your experience(s) and/or growing pains in using Override Privileges with the Least Restrictive setting?
