Hello -

What would cause the following error when using DIP - I have confirmed that the file format is correct. (tif):

Error archiving file G:\...

Error: Failed to store the document (before adding keywords).
  This error could be caused for several reasons.
  First check to make sure that this type of file is of the same file format as this Document Type

Are you seeing this issue in Directory Import Processor, or Document Import Processor (DIP)?
