Currently I have configured a DIP that receives a document with an approximate of 23k or more records, within the DIP there are 4 fields that create an E-form and enter a workflow.
The DIP was working, it carried out both manual and automatic uploads, for a few days it shows an error that says
There were errors when adding documents to workflow, An error occurred when sending / receiving the request from the application server
The batches go into an "Incomplete proccess" state but the connection with the server is not lost because the clients work normally and it only happens when I try to load DIP with high volumes.
Checking the verbose the following message appears.

It seems that the DIP is no longer supporting the load of high volumes, could you guide me that this can occur as I could solve it because it was working and no modifications have been made.
