A user has asked me to create a report for her in report services and I pretty much have all the tabulations she is looking for, except one. What she wants to report on is the accuracy of things sent to "Awaiting QA". By that she wants to know what batches she had to take corrective action to in the Awaiting QA queue. Anyone have any ideas on a good approach to calculate that metric?
