Creating Security Keyword

I've created security keywords before for external lending auditors to only view certain loan #'s. 
I now work in the Health Industry and I need some assistance configuring security KWs. How do I go about giving a small user group access to modify ONE KW on a document? I don't want them to have the ability to modify all the KWs on the one document, just one.

A great solution for controlling the modify access. Grant view keyword permission and allow modify through the workflow system task.

If you want to manage it all in the keyword panel, you can grant modify keywords permission, not grant access restricted keywords, and configure your document type - keyword type options as follows using (RO). Your users would see all of the keywords but only be able to modify what you want. You can even hide a subset, by selecting (HID).
