Confirming keyword values are the same during manual upload into Unity Client

Is it possible to configure something to ensure 2 keyword values are exactly the same during a manual document upload into Unity Client V15 - prior to the upload being successful?

The Keyword 'Upload Number' is a value that has to be manually keyed by the person uploading into Unity Client.  However, since this is a manual entry keyword, but also a critical keyword for searching after the document has been uploaded - is there any way during upload for a pop-up to be generated if the Upload Number keyword and Upload Number (1) keyword values are not exact?  Thanks

are you licensed for workflow? If so, you could only have one of the keyword values entered and use an action to copy the value into the other keyword type. Or if you want users to manually enter both, workflow could still route documents for correction if the values don't match. I'm not sure of any way to accomplish this within the import/upload itself.

Hey Pam,

I believe this should be possible via a custom script and using a "File Import - Pre Archive" Script Hook. By leveraging this and using the logic of the script you would be able to prevent the import of the document if these keywords are different.
