Capturing Email

I have been told by our account reps that it is possible to monitor an email account and capture attached documents. Any idea how this is done, I cannot figure it out.

Hi Greg,

There are two modules of OnBase that can archive emails and attachments.

The Integration for Microsoft Outlook allows users to import emails and attachments directly into OnBase from within Outlook. The Integration for Outlook is intended to be used for low volume ad-hoc imports.

The Subscription Server module monitors an email address and archives emails and attachments into OnBase automatically.
