Capture Original File Name as Keyword

Is there a way to capture the original file name of a document when it is imported as a keyword?

I am using attachments in designing a form, those attachment are mapped to document types which has the Processing File Name Keyword auto-named by it. However, when tested, it doesn't give the original file name in the form. Can you confirm the same, please?

I have the opposite issue of this person. Somehow in our upgrade the first name field started having the file name in one first name line and the first name in another.

Thanks to this issue above I found that the checkbox for Processing File Name was checked on the first name field and never had been. It probably got checked troubleshooting some issues in our upgrade.

Once I unchecked it - the file name was no longer being added as an extra keyword in the first name field.  Even though this was an old post it perfectly answered my issue in 2022. Thanks for posting!
