Cannot Print document from Unity

Hi All,

I am getting the below error while trying to print the a document from Unity 13 Client. I am doing from document retrieval window ---> Select Document ---> Right Click ---> Send To ---> Print. I am using "Manager" id, so i don't think that there will be some access issue. What am i missing here?

The following documents cannot be printed and will be skipped:

Thanks Eduardo. But, my query is how to classify the internal viewer?. Earlier when i tried to open pdf from Unity i have noticed that OnBase menus/ribbons were appearing on top of the document. I assumed that pdf files are using the OnBase internal viewer to open.

After that, I have un-installed all my PDF softwares (Adope, Nitro) from server. I tried to open pdf files from Unity but i could not able to. This makes me to explore more about internal viewers and external viewers. I hope you will clear out my query. Thanks.
