"View Daily Report" and "Clear Daily Report" are failing with either an out of memory error or a database error message or both, and causing the OnBase Client to crash.
We have a VB Script that parses a text file to create an index file used by DIP. Something happend outside OnBase last weekend that caused this file to keep getting rewritten to the DIP location and doubling in size each time. When OnBase would attempt to import it, it would error because the image wasn't there any more. By the time we discovered and fixed the issue, the original, one-line index file had been re-written and re-sent to OnBase so many times that the index file was thousands of lines long and quite huge.
We purged the bad DIP batches, but that hasn't resolved our problem with the Daily Report. Is there another way to clear the accumulated data from our import processes?
OnBase version is 13.0.2.628 SP2.
Thanks,
Nate

Hi Nate,
Based on the issues listed, I recommend contacting your first line of support. They will be better able to identify the issue/s as well as provide resolutions much more effectively than the Community can. Thanks,
Luke

Will do. I'll post back here if we turn up anything that might be relevant to the Community.
