Can OnBase retrieve full user profiles from the Active Directory in order to use the data in forms?

We have a need to obtain the full user profiles from the AD such as user name, phone number, direct manager, employee ID, and use this data in unity forms. The data in must be continuously synchronised with AD.

Hi Amir,

No, when using the Synchronous User Attributes on Auto-Logon options, OnBase will sync the users full name and the email address.  There are no other attribute which are captured by OnBase upon login. 

That being said, it is possible to create an External Autofill Keyword Set which pulls data from Active Directory.  When using this method, you could retrieve any data you want.  Here is a link to an article which discusses it (link) and further another article if you are API certified (link).
