You should contact your first line of support to open a support issue so that assistance can be provided in tracking down additional information regarding the blocks the customer is reporting. There is not much we can recommend at this point until further information is gathered regarding the nature of the blocking transactions.
Thanks for the reply. I'm currently gathering data to do a deeper dive into the issue. Getting the log by querying the sysprocesses table and also trying to find the head of the blocking chain.
