Resolved! I recently configured new document storage and receiving platter currently not available on document import. What are my troubleshooting steps?

I recently configured new document storage and on my document import validation, I am receiving a platter currently not available message.  Other than my disk group configuration, what other things should I be checking to resolve?Thanks!Lynn

Advanced Document Splitter

We are on OnBase 13 - Classic workflow process.I have enabled Advanced Document Splitter in Config/Priviledges for a user group and had them restart OnBase. When they right mouse click/send to...the Create New Document option is grayed out. Help!
