Apply GL Codes to Multiple Invoices at Once

We are trying to build a solution that allows users to GL Code a form and copy the GL Coding(MIKG) to all Invoices selected within a workflow queue using an Ad-hoc task.

This should be possible. What are you using as a coding form? A Unity form or a WorkView Object?

Currently an HTML Form but we could use a unity form. We do not have a license for WorkView.

This would be quite straightforward with a Unity script.  Are you licensed for coding to the Unity API in C#?

I hate to ask a stupid question, but what are you referring to as GL Code?  I'm assuming you are referring to accounting General Ledger (GL) Codes.   The user may enter multiple GL Codes (MIKG) on one document and you want to copy the GL Codes (MIKG) to the other documents?  If this is a correct assumption, then yes,  you can copy the GL Code (MIKG) to other forms using workflow.
