I was looking into AFKS handling with the REST API and I'm missing some functions the Unity API provides.
REST:
Unity:

Is there an insert/update function or best practice to handle the AFKS with the REST API?
We've built other integrations with web service publishing (WSP) and Unity Forms to handle the integration for masterdata, as it is not scheduled https://community.hyland.com/forum/threads/80226-creating-unity-form are there other best practices to handle the master data with the REST API?
Update 23rd September:
Bumping it again as I wasn't able to find anything in the new API Documentation:

e.g. AFKS contains value (id; firstname; lastname) --> lastname changes in leading for afks and document keywords should be updated.

The best thing I can suggest is that you can use a flat file for importing a ton of values or wait until EP5 is released and see if they add the functionality required for now.

Hi Ryan
Thank you for the input, we are well aware of this scenario.
Probably I should have specified; we are looking more into a real time scenario or at least near real time scenario.
Master Data will be entered in leading system ERP or core banking system and transported trough an integration layer to the different systems like OnBase, as this is already done with REST Services, we (and many of our customers) would like to pass it on through the REST API.

What I can tell you is if you are open to potentially spending some money, I would reach out to your Account Manager and relay these details to them as there is a bi-directional interface that is built for these kind of integration opportunities and it is called the "Enterprise Integration Server" (or as I have heard it is being rebranded to the "Hyland Integration Server"). I'm not sure what all you have licensing wise currently or what you will need, but I can tell you that it would be best to discuss this with your Account Manager.

Dear Hylander
Is there a way to edit afks/masterdata and documents in the new rest api?
