I have a pretty simple approval workflow, the last step of which requires the user to create a new document from a document template. The document stored from that template essentially closes out the life cycle for the original doc that was being reviewed for approval.
All of that works just fine, but my question is this: instead of asking the user to leave the Workflow tab in Unity to access the Templates tab and then store the document, is there an Ad-Hoc Task that could be created, similar to the Import Document action, that would automatically pull up a specified template for the user to fill out? That would remove the need for the user to leave workflow, and most of the user base in this particular application typically only work out of the workflow tab, so I'm trying to minimize the amount of new knowledge that will need to be transferred.
