We have a need to View the OnBase Auto Fill tables from an Application using an External Database.
The use of SQL Linked Server would simplify the Application as well as provide Access control.
Is this an accepted practice?
What has been proposed is a SQL View (Application Database) to the Linked Server (OnBase Database V17) using Read Only credentials.
