printing from web client

hi

When we print from the web client, we click on print twice for PDF documents, but for image files, we are required to click print four times.

Some of our users that need to print more frequently, have complained when they have to click a print button four times.  Is there a way we can minimize the number of times they click the print button?

What version of OnBase are you using?

Are your users in the cloud or on-prem? 

Is Citrix or any virtual sessions involved? 

Does printing from the web for other purposes also require multiple clicks?
