Outlook Integration (Auto indexing subject line)

Can the Outlook integration capture metadata from the email msg file?  Sender, and Subject? And automatically populate those into searchable keywords?

There is some information on using Keyword Types in the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019 - OnBase Foundation EP5 Module Reference Guide, pages 92 - 94.

Yes, there are many System Keyword Types it can get off the msg and automatically index on the imported docs.

these seem to be the ones you are asking about:

MAIL From - The value stored in the email From field. This value represents the
From field as it is displayed to the user.

MAIL From Address The email address from which the message was sent. This value
represents the From field's email address. 

MAIL Subject  - The value contained in the email Subject field.
