We are having an issue with Scan Formats. I can make multiple formats that change from Simplex to Duplex and then Color for a certain scanner model. The problem we are having is that when I changed scan formats, the characteristics won't change. An example is that I am scanning in Simplex B & W and I change to scan a color photograph. I choose my Color Photograph scan format but it still scans in Simplex B & W. Or I go to the Duplex option and it will still scan in Simplex. Has anyone figured out how to get around this? I am using OnBase 13.
