Good Afternoon,
I have two users who were using both using OCR engine version 16.5. When we upgraded to version 12 SP1 I also upgraded their OCR engine to 16.6. The problem is now that their permissions seem to have changed. Auto-indexing options are greyed out for them where previously they were able to configure and run their own auto index batches.
Does anyone know how I can recover their auto index privileges?

Wayne,
I would check under the Workstation Registration (Admin | User Management | Workstation Registration) and ensure the the appropriate Automated indexing license is assigned to the currently logged in workstation where they are attempting to process documents.

Hi Wayne,
You may also want to check in Configuration | User Groups & Rights | Product Rights -> Under "Registered Processing Products" there is an option for "Automated/Intelligent" Indexing.
