TCE Advanced Capture Capture Process EP5

Hi, all. We are currently upgrading from OB 17 to EP5. The biggest issue we are currently experiencing is items not moving through the Capture Process Status Queues for the Advanced Capture Process (ie, Image processing to advanced capture) automatically. If we skip processing at one stage, it renders the next one near null and void. We have doubled checked our switches on windows services, the OCR engine, etc, and our Tech Consultant is currently doing additional research. Has anyone else experienced any of these challenges or have any additional tricks we might be able to try?

Our best advice for the moment would be to double-check that your scan queues are setup correctly for the version of OnBase (EP5) you are upgrading to. Here is the Module Reference Guide to help you out (Page 282 or Page 291 PDF) (Advanced Capture Module Reference Guide EP5)

If you are still having issues, it does look like we have a support case opened for this issue, and an analyst should be able to dive further into your system in order to get a better understand of what exactly is wrong and how to go about resolving it.
