Is it possible to restrict a user, or a user group, to only the QA queues within specific Scan Queues? Besides possibly using workflow, I have not found a way to satisfy this request from our user in the MRG.

Absolutely, and the option can be found in Configuration under User Groups & Rights. Select the Scan Queues for a User Group, and use the Override Processing Queues button!

Hi Dave,
Yes it is possible to restrict a user group to particular status/process queues. This would apply to all scan queues assigned to the user group. In OnBase Configuration, go to Users | User Groups / Rights | <select your user group> | Scan Queues | Override Processing Queues. In this dialog you can make a process queue visible to the user group or not visible. More detailed information can be found in the Document Imaging MRG.
