RE: Difference between the Virtual Printer Driver option in the Deployment Wizard for Unity and the stand alone Virtual Printer Driver

Hi ... I've created a click-once deployment for the Unity client "listener" with NT/LDAP Authentication ... and I've installed the Virtual Print Driver. However, users are being prompted for a Unity Client login and when they put in their network credentials they receive an error, Userid/password is incorrect or not recognized?!? Don't know what is causing this to happen. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello Deb,

There could be a few different things going on here, but I'd like to gather some information form you before we try to figure out what is happening. Are these users able to log in using NT Authentication normally? With this ClickOnce deployment, do you only have the VPD Listener component enabled or are you using other features of Service Mode, too? On what version/build of Unity and of the VPD are you experiencing this issue?
