In Nautilus 17

The client uses

Point and Shoot Indexing in the Thick Client and it works as expected

in Nautilus 20
when he client uses Point and Shoot Indexing it grabs 3 + lines above the lasso area

This has been tested with the exact same document being scanned in, the advance capture process runs, then manually indexing is performed.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening ?

Hello Brendan,

Could you verify that the DPI of the image is correct for what is configured on the scan format?

Hello Brendan,

That was the issue. When the client imported the profiles it defaulted to 200 instead of 300.

Hi Brendan,

I'm glad it is working now. It should still work with 200 dpi images just maybe not as well. There may be something locally that was causing the issue at that dpi. I have run a quick check locally and it does work with a 200 dpi image. If you start to experience similar issues again, please don't hesitate to revisit this post or reach out to your first line of support.

Thank you,

Tom
