That was the issue. When the client imported the profiles it defaulted to 200 instead of 300.

Hi Brendan,
I'm glad it is working now. It should still work with 200 dpi images just maybe not as well. There may be something locally that was causing the issue at that dpi. I have run a quick check locally and it does work with a 200 dpi image.
