Best image qualities for PDF

I'm using Automated Indexing for PDF docs.  What are the optimal qualities of a pdf doc in terms of resolution, clarity, etc?  In short, how do I set up automated indexing so I get the most accurate capture levels?  Would using tiffs be better? Walt

Restrict users to QA only in a Scan Queue

Is it possible to restrict a user, or a user group, to only the QA queues within specific Scan Queues? Besides possibly using workflow, I have not found a way to satisfy this request from our user in the MRG.Thanks!
