We have a CPD that processes invoices from Mailbox Importer accounts and sends to Brainware. I have two AP Invoice batches stuck in Image Process - Conversion to TIFF. I have tried clearing process locks to no avail. One batch has 12 documents and the other 26 documents. Most invoice images are in TIFF, but a few are still PDF. Need assistance in troubleshooting and resolving the stuck batches. All other batches are flowing into the system as expected; just these to batches stuck in Image Process Status Queue. I opened a support case 01717104, but am being told I need to engage Professional Services. We are on EP5 21.1.24.1000
