Hi,

We have a customer who has invitations documents, the Invitations documents are sent and received via Right Fax Server

The invitations documents are of two languages i.e. Arabic and English, (RTL and LTR)

The invitations documents contain two check boxes for each invitation language type i.e. Accept / Decline

In Arabic Invitations they appear in the Right Bottom Corner and prefixed with Accept or Decline ( In Arabic Text)

In English Invitations they appear in the Left Bottom Corner and prefixed with Accept or Decline ( In EnglishText)

Now they will receive the invitee response via their Right Fax Server,

Right Fax Server will drop all these invitations to a Shared Directory where we can schedule the Sweeping and Advanced Capturing to determine the invitee's Response and then commit the documents.

Once document is committed a Workflow Process is used to update their database using SYSTEM WORK action SYS - Call Web Service

to Execute Update Statement based on document Type keyword "Accept - YES/NO"  "Rejected - YES/NO"

Both keywords are data set with YES/NO Values.

Our concerns as following :

1. Accuracy to capture, recognize and

2. Exceptions that may occur.

3. The Check Boxes can not be positioned in one location. - they have to be as attached.

4. Right Fax can not determine the document Language, so not being able to send them in two different locations where we can configure Arabic Template and English template independently,

5. The Invitations will be an image format and the scanned documents resolution is based on the invitee scanners.

6. Image processing should be done to enhance the adjust the edges of the images to read the check boxes.

7. Check boxes status can be fully/partially marked or invitee may place Correct/Cross/Check Marks.

Can we please have a hand here.

Thank you,
