Our users currently access Disconnected Scanning via IDP (AD Logins). We need to have the ability to login if a connection is not available to the IDP Server, a true disconnected situation. We are a Hyland Cloud environment. I have been told and also read in the MRG that we would create a second shortcut with necessary switches to accomplish this. Along with making a configuration change to 'Directory Service Authentication'. Currently this setting is 'Internal'. If we do this will it affect our Administrators from logging in with their Internal OnBase Users Accounts, not the Manager Account. I have submitted a ticket for assistance but I was curious how other organizations may be handling this scenario.
