Viewing EOB's in Epic 2012

Not applicable

We upgraded to Epic 2012 over the weekend. Our app server is running 11.0.2.301. Since the upgrade when the professional billing office opens an EOB they are not taken to the page number contained in the link, it just opens to the first page of the EOB.

Has anyone else seen this? Does anyone know if Epic change something in their configuration? Could this be an issue with OnBase configuration?

Hi Gerry!

It looks like Kim was able to answer your question. Were you able to implement the proposed changes?

I have confirmed the build that fixed this issue was completed and tested in OnBase 11.0.2.303. If you upgrade to the newest 11.0 appserver and Epic Integration files you will have all corrected code and enhancements to date within your system. Please contact Technical Support for the newest files.

Thanks,
