Since you have a list of CSNs, you could easily create an index file with the CSN and a file path with every CSN pointing to the same file to DIP in. In the Document Import Processor setup, you could only include a single doc type (which would set the doc type) and use the Setting option to add the documents to workflow.
Then, from workflow (new lifecycle), expand the CSN autofill (like if someone was manually indexing the documents in Onbase), add to the HL7 Sending lifecycle to be linked in Epic, and remove from the new lifecycle. The workflow piece could either be set in System Work or on a Timer. Just depends on how you want to set it up.
