Hi!Has anyone run into an issue with jpg images and Epic Care Connect - - What we are calling Epic Care Connect is web version of Epic that allows doctor offices to view scanned images that are mapped to Chart Review in Epic.Any help that you can provide will be most appreciated. There are settings to allow differnt file types.  Size also plays a role in loading the image.

Same with PDF's. there are settings in epic web that need to be configured to allow.

We worked with Lehar at Epic she was able to troubleshoot most of the issues--they are epic issues.
