Error - “Exception – the request failed with HTTP 404 – not found.”
During the installation process of AllDocs, the Service Path, URL to the Service.asmx page of the Application Server, was mistyped. On the device that is receiving the error, navigate to C:\Program Files\Hyland\Integrations\Allscripts and open Hyland.Applications.Allscripts.exe.config with Notepad. Navigate to <ServiceLocations> and edit the ServicePath to the correct location and verify DataSource is the correct ODBC.
