Has anyone upgraded to Onbase 11.0 and can you please let me know if there were

any issues? Our current Onbase system is version 9.2 and we are planning to upgrade

sometime this year or early 2012. Thank you!

Our upgrades from 9.2 to 10.x and then 40 days later to 11.x were both very smooth.

Gotchas were:

10.0 and higher no longer support special characters in the password for the user account running the timer distribution service
Customer settings to the web.configs are eliminated so back up the files for later reference and/or document your changes
App Enabler required, at least in our case, an uninstall of the old and then install of the new version instead of a simple install over the top
VBScripting was tightened. A script that was removing a keyword would fail if the keyword was blank which wasn't a problem before.
