We have a user who would like to create a Doc Composition Word Template from an exisiting Word document that has check boxes. The user would like for OnBase to automatically place a check in a check box based upon a keyword value. Can this be done with Document Composition?
Hi! I set up the workaround suggested. Is there a particular font or symbol that works well for this? I'm having - what looks like - formatting issues. My composed document contains a blank box and some odd looking comments that are cut off. Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks, Tiff
One way to do this is to create two fragments: one with a checked box, and one with an unchecked box. Then use a keyword placeholder and a condition if keyword = some value, insert checked fragment. Otherwise, default to unchecked fragment.
