Has anyone encountered an issue where some PDFs would not reflect the page count in the top corner, only showing as 1 page despite being several? You can still scroll through all of the pages in the viewer.
This is also happening when those same files are being sent to Document Separation, only the first page will be available. This is preventing these files from being split as needed. We do have the PDF module in place for manipulating PDF files in Document Separation.
Any advice would be appreciated. We have compared the document properties to that of a file from the same batch originally submitted that is working fine and they are the same PDF version (1.5 (Acrobat 6.x) with PDFTron PDFNet as the producer.
