Document Composition Error "Task List execution failed: Unexpected error: Exception of Type"

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to compose a word document using the action "SYS - Compose Document" in Unity Client 11.

the action is configured as following.

but i get following error when i try to execute this action.

Can anyone please help me with peoblem?

Note: i have used document composition in another lifecycle (configured same as above but with different template and document type) and that is working 100%. i tried to use that action here but it does not generate any document at all. and i used this action in that lifecycle to test which gives me same error.

Hello Aleksandra,

If you click 'OK' in the above dialog when it is presented, can you confirm if the document is still composed and archived or not?  Also, do you have any Keyword Groups (Single Instance or Multi-Instance) on your Source document?

Hi Jordan,

Yes the document is still composed and archived in retrieval.

there is a kw group on both source and destination documents.

Does the error still occur if all of the keywords in the Source document's Keyword Group(s) have values filled in?

I filled in all keywords and this time it does not gives me any error. could it be that Keyword Group is causing the problem?
