I'm looking for ideas please 🙂
I have one document that need to be approved in a workflow.
At the end of the workflow I need to add on the first page the name and date of the 3 users who approved this document.
My idea is :
- Create an EDM template of the document without the first page
- User fill this document and saved this one in the doc type "procedure". (Let's call the created document "doc 1")
- The document is send to a workflow and all requiered users approved the document
- a system work create the first page of the document (let's call this page doc 2) with doc composition (and add all the approvers names & date)
- a system work use document packaging to merge the first page (doc 2) and the original document (doc 1). This create a new document "doc 3"
It works but I would like that the doc 3 appears like a revision of the doc 1.
Do you have any idea how we can do this please ?
