Hi,

When I tried to render statement, there's prompt box: could not print because the file format is not supported for printing

Kindly advise on how to fix this

Hello Medz,

I hope that you are doing well. I just have a couple of questions for you.

What type of file are you trying to render? Have you tried to print this document from OnBase from another area of the Client? This could tell us if it a printing or an Image Statements issue. Also, what build of the Client are you using?

Just getting a little more clarification would be a ton of help.  Thanks!!
