Hi Jenny,

There is currently an Enhancement SCR (107759) that exists to take advantage of the Office "Compare" feature in OnBase when using the Office Business Applications.  This feature would allow users to compare two revisions of a Word document in OnBase.  If you are interested in being attached to that SCR feel free to get in touch with your first line of support or Account Manager and they will help you take the necessary step.

Hi Jordan, this option doesn’t work for us because we need to compare Word documents to PDF documents. Is there any other options or Enhancements SCR that we could apply to?

Hi Jordan, we have some users with Workshare compare software, but we are looking for an enterprise solution through our Content Management Solution (Onbase) so everyone can take advantages of these options, because we have all our legal documents (Word and PDF) stored in Onbase.

Here is a link of integrations made between the Workshare solution and other CMS. Could be possible to have this type of integrations for the Onbase CMS?
