In the sense of "If X, make the font black. If Y, make the font red", no.
However, I think you could pull it off using fragments.
Create a fragment with the placeholder/text in black font, and create a second placeholder with the exact same in red.
Then, use a condition placeholder to grab the desired fragment.
I'm not 100% positive it will work, but it's worth a shot.
