Hi,
I hope someone may help me. I'm using the web service GenerateCompleteLink to make the documents from OB Workflow retrievable in SAP via the PO number. May I ask the questions below?
Thank you for your continuous help. I really appreciate this community 🙂

1) The return value is a GUID and mapping that value is up to you. You could map it to a 'SAP GUID' keyword in the event that you might have a use for it later. But it's not necessary.
2) The business object id mapping is dependent on which business object type that you are using. Since this is a PO, the business object type will be BUS2012 and therefore the business object id will be just the PO number. You can see what is required for each business object type in SAP TCODE: SWO1
3) The sapDocType is indeed the OAC2 configured doctype

Thank you for that info. We have all those configuration in ArchiveLink and SAP but I still get the error below when doing a Test in the web service. May I ask if I configured something wrong? I hope you may help me. Thank you so much.

ArchiveLink
SAP
OAC0 is already configured and certificate has been sent

The configuration looks fine to me. Looking at the code, the error occurs when the OnBase document type doesn't return an associated content repository. When you are testing your web service, are you testing with a DocHandle that exists within the SAP Data Archiving OnBase document type?

That's what I did wrong! The doc handle I was testing it against was the unity form which we want to see in SAP. I'll configure multiple document types then re-try. Thank you so much Ron! 🙂

Hi Ron,
Thanks again for pointing this out. I was able to create a link in TOA01. May I ask one more thing? How can I view the document in SAP? I went to the PO (ME23N) so I may check if the document from OnBase can be viewed but I can't find it. Is it correct I should look into this? Thank you
