Static link document(s) to multiple map features?

Customer would like to static link a document to multiple selected map features. Example, link same document (potentially set of documents) to more than one selected features, such as a fire hydrant or building.The are on OnBase v13.2 and use ESRI Desktop.Any recommendations or best practices are welcome.Thanks, OL
