Map Service With State Plane Coordinates

We are trying to modify the web.config file of a an ArcGIS Silverlight application.  The ESRI map service that the application uses is in State Plane Coordinates instead of degress latitude and longitude.  What must we add to the InitialExtentKey in order to be able to place State Plane Coordinate values instead of decimal degrees.

I opened the map service in ArcMap and determined the Lat Long extents.  i will go with those.
